Jean and Frank loved boating. They decided it would be great to have another family member travelling with them, so they visited their local animal shelter and found me!

Introducing the Famous Phoebe of Long Island!

I was 10 weeks old when Jean and Frank took me home. By spring, I was well trained and ready to spend every weekend on the boat with my forever family.
​
My first trip was to beautiful Sailors Haven on Fire Island, New York. We also went all the way to the tip of Long Island to visit Montauk that summer!
​
Young children will fall in love with my story. Jean helped me with the writing, and we were portrayed with beautiful illustrations by Amelina Jones.
Children will want to hear about my adventures time and time again.

About Jean & Frank
Jean and Frank have been married for 37 wonderful years. For 20 years, they boated on the south shore of Long Island.
​
Jean grew up on Long Island, and Frank has lived around the Island since he was a teenager. Frank is a talented guitarist and Jean is a writer and marketer.
They are thrilled to be sharing my stories.
